LIFC, Holt Soccer Unveil Partnership

Holt-based organization becomes latest youth club to partner with pro side

LANSING, Mich. – Continuing to inspire and help grow the next generation of soccer players, Lansing Ignite FC has announced today a partnership with Holt Soccer, which is a volunteer organization providing a variety of soccer opportunities for youth soccer players. Holt Soccer joins Cap City Athletic 1847, Lansing Soccer Club, Soccer Kickers and Waverly Fùtbol Club and Delta Township Parks and Recreation as partners of the USL League One team.

Included in the partnership are a number of incentives, as well as unprecedented access to LIFC players, the coaching staff and club resources.

The Holt Jr. Rams' mission is to develop, provide and maintain a positive soccer atmosphere for the Holt-Dimondale community, to provide instructional participation and competitive opportunities for all interested parties throughout the community and to keep the community aware of soccer, a sport of equal player opportunity.

With teams ranging from U-9 through U-15 and high school, approximately 30 coaches, assistant coaches and team managers help lead 300 young footballers in the fall and spring.

Led by Head Coach Nate Miller, the youngest head coach across all U.S. professional soccer leagues (MLS, USL Championship and USL League One), Ignite FC has developed an exciting and tough identity on the field to start the season.
